The Senior Business Development Managerย is responsible forย managing and growing strategic customer relationships within postal organizations, with a strong focus on parcel processing automation and system integration. This role drives revenue through strategic account planning, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuringย a high levelย of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.ย The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep operational knowledge of parcel processing environments, and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative, data-driven automation solutions that reduce manual labor and operating costs.

Your role in our team
  • You will drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, execution, and pipeline development
  • You will serve as the primaryย customerย contact, managing relationships and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • You will lead proposal development, ensuring parcel system layouts and solutions align with customer requirements
  • You will collaborate crossfunctionally with PMO, Engineering, B&P, and Service to deliver endtoend parcel automation solutions
  • You willย identifyย new business opportunities through market research, industry insights, and customer engagement
  • You will build andย maintainย longterm customer roadmaps aligned with shared strategic and commercial goals
  • You willย maintainย accurateย CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting within required timelines
  • You will act as a strategic liaison between customers and internal technical and commercial teams, managing risk and escalations as needed
ย Your profile
  • You have 10+ years of experience in parcel automation business development, parcel systems sales engineering, or a related field
  • You haveย deepย knowledge of parcel sortation systems, parcel processing technologies, and package processing facility operations
  • You have proven experience managing customer accounts and driving strategic growth initiatives
  • Youย have the ability toย independently originate, develop, and close complex opportunities from concept through award
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills
  • Youย have the ability toย oversee, review, or develop parcel automation system layouts and solution designs
ย Education and Experience Qualifications
  • You have aย bachelor's degree in engineering or relatedย fields
  • You have advancedย proficiencyย with CRM tools such as Salesforce and experience managing forecasts and pipeline reporting
  • Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in material handling equipment
  • You have a selfmotivated, wellconnected mindset with the ability to contribute strategically to company growth in the U.S. market
