About Business Management at MGO 

MGO's Business Management practice provides accounting, financial management, tax coordination, and advisory services to successful individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses. Many of our clients operate within the Entertainment, Sports, and Media (ESM) industry, where professional success often brings unique financial opportunities and complexities. 

Our Business Management professionals serve as trusted advisors, helping clients manage day-to-day financial affairs, navigate business and personal financial decisions, and preserve wealth and legacy. Unlike traditional accounting roles, Business Management combines technical expertise with direct client engagement, relationship management, and strategic problem-solving, creating a dynamic and rewarding career path. 

Essential Functions:

Ensuring all staff responsible for billing are adequately oriented, trained, and overseen in the performance of billing activities in an effective, efficient manner. Communicates regularly with regional offices to ensure compliance with billing and utilization processes. Directs the training and development of supervised staff in the performance of billing and utilization processes, including developing training courses to address changes as they occur. Responsible for the outcome measurement of billing and utilization activities; produces or helps produce annual reports for the Director or Partner. Complies with all regulatory bodies, under the direction of the Director. Completes required training according to firm policies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Agilink and QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred. Knowledge of computerized accounting but must be able to do a manual set of books. Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions, Payroll returns, Business tax license, Secretary of State filing and State Board of Equalization

Minimum Qualifications:

CPA License is preferred

 Prior experience in Business Management preferred.

$155,000 - $190,000 + comprehensive benefits package.
