About the Role
The Treasury Management Associate plays a key role in supporting the Bank's Treasury Management team and delivering exceptional service to commercial and business banking clients. This position partners closely with Treasury Management Sales Officers to support client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and ongoing relationship management.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses optimize their banking and treasury solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business clients, collaborate across multiple departments, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, relationship-driven organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Support Treasury Management Sales Officers in achieving goals related to client acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and relationship expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for treasury management clients, providing responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented service.
  • Assist clients with treasury management products and services, including cash management, online banking, payments, fraud prevention tools, and related solutions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of treasury management services.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Business Bankers, Operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries, service requests, and complex account issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and uncover treasury management needs that support client success and Bank growth.
  • Assist with business development, client retention, and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and department records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a treasury management resource for clients and employees by providing product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Bank products, operational processes, treasury solutions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, risk management standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of banking, treasury management, cash management, commercial banking, or financial services experience.
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and banking technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations and operational procedures.
Nice to Have
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Treasury Management or Cash Management experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial and business banking clients.
  • Familiarity with ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay, merchant services, and digital banking solutions.
  • Knowledge of treasury products and cash management services.
