ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our growing team. The Business Ops Intern will be based in our West Palm Beach (WPB) office and will support the Chief of Staff on high-priority strategic projects across the business.

This is a hands-on role for an AI-savvy business student who is eager to learn how a modern executive office runs, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and apply AI tools to accelerate everyday work. As a Business Operations Intern, you will: Support the Chief of Staff on cross-functional initiatives by researching, summarizing, and preparing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for executive meetings Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to streamline workflows, draft documents, analyze information, and build internal productivity assets Coordinate communication and project updates between the Chief of Staff and business unit leaders across our various brands Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to inform strategic decisions and executive briefings Organize, clean, and analyze data sets to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making Build executive-ready presentations, memos, and slide decks that communicate findings and recommendations clearly Engage with executive leadership and department heads to gather inputs, share progress, and surface insights on key projects Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and propose AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency across the organization Other duties as assigned A great fit for this position has: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related business discipline AI-savvy: comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to research, write, summarize, and solve problems; curious about applying AI to real business challenges Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and produce clear, structured recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and cross-functional stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); able to build clean spreadsheets, models, and executive-ready slides Additional Desirable Qualifications Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment. Comfortable working independently and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
