Position Summary:

The Manager of Business Intelligence will assist in leading and developing the organization's data analytics strategy to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decision-making, and improving business performance in a fast-paced, demanding environment while holding to firm deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and leadership, capable of building and managing a high-performing BI team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Data Management and Analytics:
    • Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of data across various business units.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while promoting data-driven decision-making.
    • Lead the design and deployment of business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
  • Team Management:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts and Power BI developers.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
    • Establish performance metrics and provide regular feedback to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
    • Present complex data insights to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies that enhance data accessibility and usability.
    • Stay current with emerging trends in BI, analytics, and data management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance.
    • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to forecast trends and identify business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
