  3. Ability to conduct meetings involving business stake holders
  4. Ability to comfortably interact with execs/sr. management.
  5. Self Motivated/Self Driven

Tech Skills :
  1. AI Enthusiast
  2. Should have few years of hands-on Python experience
  3. Should have experience with AI APIs like Chat GPT / Gemini / Perplexity
  4. Should have experience experimenting with Local LLMs like LLAMA or Mistral.
  5. Should have good knowledge and experience on Embeddings / Vector DB
  6. Should have experience building applications involving AI/ML or Gen AI
  7. Ability to evaluate various models and tools
  8. Strong technologist who can propose/review architecture and review team output
  9. Bonus : Experience in AI/ML (in addition to Gen AI)
