Job description

Your role
Mission:
Lead and manage a team responsible for Business Intelligence and Power Platform developments. Ensure the effective implementation of BI solutions and oversee the reporting of Material Master Data. Advocate and implement the needs and requirements of all stakeholders within the business, conducting analyses, measuring various areas of performance and implementing process improvement initiatives in line with Atlas Copco's visions and strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Management (60%)
- Manage and guide the team in analyzing new requests for reports, automations, and apps.
- Oversee planning, feasibility, effort estimates, and cost analysis for BI projects.
- Ensure the development and support of reports, apps, and automations.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Facilitate training for the user community on new reporting functions.
- Uphold best practices in line with Atlas Copco and the Microsoft community.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Atlas Copco's business needs through stakeholder engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Data Management (40%)
- Oversee planning and execution of data migration activities.
- Guide analysis and understanding of varying ERP systems.
- Maintain functional understanding of Act! SAP solution with focus on master data.
- Supervise use of SSMS and other tools for data mapping and migration to SAP.
- Enhance migration tools and support minimal downtime during migrations.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of customers.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Supervisory Responsibility

Experience
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience a must, preferably in the compressed air industry.
Education
4- year degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Skills
Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must have proven business analysis skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, DAX. Knowledge of SAP ECC/C4C/BW is a plus.
Travel
Up to 5% travel. Must have the ability to travel independently and in some cases overseas travel may be required.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Corporate office in Rock Hill SC.
