Job Summary:
Infojini Inc is a full service IT consulting and staffing firm recognized for its rapid growth in the IT services sector. They are seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing project objectives, developing project plans, and managing various project-related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accomplishing the specified project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project including but not limited to; cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Additional duties include: Developing the project plan, requirements gathering, managing project stakeholders, managing communications, managing the project team, managing project risks and issues, managing the project schedule, managing the project budget, managing project conflicts, and managing the project delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum five years of Project Management experience with at least two years of managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently toward detailed goals in a complex, matrixed environment with ever-changing demands.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to provide mentoring, coaching, and setting direction for project team members and other project managers.
Preferred:
• Educated in one or more PM methodologies e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.
• Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
• Outstanding record of managing successful projects by mitigating risk, applying industry best practices, and understanding the mission of both the business and IT.
• Identifies, develops, and initiates innovative solutions when needed or where procedures do not exist.
