About the team you are joining

IATA's Business Intelligence Services are the focal point and drivingforce for data management and global BI services for the aviation industry. Inthis role, reporting to the Senior Manager DDS User Experience, the intern willbe supporting the day-to-day administrative operations and delivery of the BISteam.

What your day would be like
  • Provide Level 1, 2 customer support using SalesForce platform, triage and track all incoming customer queries related to BIS
  • Create and keep track of incident tickets in JIRA platform
  • Support, liaise and coordinate with the vendor and internal stakeholders for user access troubleshooting
  • Assist in testing activities for product enhancements (such as data validation, design dashboards, process optimization) and bug fixes
  • Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports/documents/presentations.
  • Provide additional support on day-to-day operational activities as required.
