This involves setting direction, guiding the planning process to develop the vision and business rationale, and establishing the overall approach. The BI manager coordinates multiple projects and ensures that the work products and processes of the project teams meet the defined standards. The BI manager works with multiple business constituencies, manages their expectations and establishes priorities. The BI manager must have a comprehensive understanding of operational and business requirements across the enterprise. They drive the completion of projects within the established scope, while simultaneously planning for and managing unknown future BI requirements in a dynamic environment.

The BI manager works with multiple business constituencies, manages their expectations and establishes priorities. The BI manager must have a comprehensive understanding of operational and business requirements across the enterprise. They drive the completion of projects within the established scope, while simultaneously planning for and managing unknown future BI requirements in a dynamic environment.
Job Duties

• Sets the direction for Business Intelligence processes, guidelines, best practices and communications.
• Manages resources and prioritizations in alignment with the Enterprise Analytics.
• Partners with senior management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions.
• Consults with clients and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution. Understands potential impacts to processes and systems across organization and factors these into solutions.
• Manages BI analysts' interaction with other IT business intelligence personnel and Enterprise Analytics partners to implement business intelligence and reporting solutions that meet the needs of the internal or external customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5 years related work experience and
• 2 years experience in a Healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
