Senior Data Architect / Business Intelligence Lead
Salary Range: $160k to $180k
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect / Business Intelligence Lead to own and drive our client's end-to-end enterprise data platform and reporting strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, data warehouse architecture, and business intelligence solutions that enable executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication skills and has experience partnering directly with business leaders and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of the enterprise data architecture, data warehouse, and Business Intelligence platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple source systems.
  • Own the complete data pipeline lifecycle, from data ingestion through transformation, storage, modeling, and reporting.
  • Architect and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and C-suite executives to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
  • Establish and enforce data architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize data quality, pipeline performance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic data initiatives and business transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven experience owning enterprise data warehouse architecture and end-to-end data pipelines.
  • Strong experience building modern cloud-based data platforms using Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance technical execution with business strategy and priorities.
