This is a large investment in innovation to continue to drive operational excellence at our facilities.

If you want to build durable systems that operate in the physical world at scale, this is that opportunity.

The Role

As an Integration Analyst specializing in B2B integration solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of integration solutions that support B2B transactions between the organization and external partners.

This customer-facing role supports B2B onboarding and system integrations from initial scope definition through testing and go-live, partnering with customers and internal technical teams to define requirements, coordinate integration activities, validate outcomes, and ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience.

The Integration Analyst acts as a subject-matter resource during onboarding, helping clarify business and technical needs, supporting integration testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions align with agreed-upon scope and standards.

What You Will Own

·

o   Perform end-to-end testing of B2B integration solutions, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), APIs, and other file-based systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and transaction processing between all systems.

o   Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing in B2B environments.

·

o   Serve as a primary customer contact during B2B onboarding and integration efforts

o   Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand B2B integration requirements, data flows, and integration specifications.

o   Assist with defining, refining, and documenting integration scope and requirements

o   Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the testing process.

o   Identify, document, and track defects related to B2B integrations using a defect management system (e.g., Jira, Quality Center).

o   Participate in defect triage meetings, ensuring that issues are assigned, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

o   Verify defect fixes, perform re-tests, and ensure that defect resolution meets quality standards.

o   Maintain testing best practices, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the B2B integration testing efforts.

o   Conduct thorough root cause analysis for integration issues, working with development teams to ensure that problems are addressed at the source.

o   Ensure that all B2B integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards before deployment.

o   Provide feedback on test coverage, test strategy, and processes to improve the overall quality of B2B integration solutions.

o   Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in testing B2B integrations, automation tools, and relevant technologies.

o   Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize the testing lifecycle and improve the efficiency of B2B integration testing.

We are embarking on a multi-year modernization effort running alongside live operations.
