Martignetti Companies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role will serve as a key connection between business teams and IT, helping translate operational needs into clear requirements, system improvements, testing plans, documentation, and production-ready processes.


This role works closely with Martignetti business departments, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Occasional work outside normal business hours will be required to support testing, upgrades, cutovers, deployments, acquisitions, or critical business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to understand processes, pain points, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document business requirements, workflows, system gaps, decisions, risks, blockers, action items, and open issues.
  • Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations activities across multiple functional areas.
  • Assist with go-live readiness by tracking priorities, dependencies, owners, testing status, and day-one critical needs.
  • Create and maintain project trackers, issue logs, test plans, configuration notes, runbooks, training materials, and user guides.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, data validation, business process testing, and production readiness reviews.
  • Work with IT, business process owners, vendors, and implementation partners to support configuration, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Requirements:

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Our ideal candidate will have experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, project analyst, functional analyst, or similar role supporting business systems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, process design, data quality, reporting, testing, and implementation practices.
  • Ability to work with users at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ERP technology such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude to quickly learn business processes.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft technology such as Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

Education/Experience/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Beverage/Food Wholesale/Distribution Industry experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000
  • Bonus: Eligible to earn up to a 5% Incentive Bonus annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
