The Manager, Production & Process Control, Global Business Excellence, leads strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the Core Laboratory Diagnostics Division to drive operational excellence, business performance, and margin improvement. This role partners with executive leadership to align programs with divisional priorities and leads Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives that deliver sustainable results across global operations.

What You'll Work On

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive Global Business Excellence and transformation initiatives that support growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of projects, value streams, and executive priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across global locations.
  • Lead Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.
  • Support Operational Excellence roadmap development, opportunity prioritization, and implementation planning.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Provide program updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

Business Impact

  • Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, margin expansion, and operational performance.
  • Identify and execute value creation opportunities across the organization.
  • Drive sustainable business results through effective program leadership and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale business improvement initiatives and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
  • Strong project and program management expertise with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Project Management certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a global matrix organization.
