Location: Greater Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid โ€“ Carmel HQ + Regional Travel)

Salary Range: $80,000 โ€“ $95,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

Job Summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across the Greater Indianapolis region and surrounding markets.

Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, MS Companies is a leading provider of workforce and quality solutions supporting Fortune 1000 clients across automotive, manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, and IT industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with manufacturing and industrial clients.

This is a hybrid role with time spent in the corporate office and in the field meeting with prospective and existing clients throughout the region.


Required Skills & Qualifications

โ— Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, sales, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

โ— Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

โ— Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, and closing
