This highly visible role within the F135 Sustainment Program Management Office (SPMO) is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the repair value stream. The Repair Integration and Execution Manager will drive the transformation, strengthening, and execution of the F135 repair integration strategy to improve overall Fleet Readiness. This position requires strong systems engineering expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization.
What Will You Do
  • Drive and integrate program requirements across the repair value stream
  • Serve as the Repair IPT Lead (IPTL), ensuring effective information flow, integration, and escalation
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the Repair Value Stream
  • Lead Second Interval Expansion repair activities and prioritization
  • Support early ECU repair planning and development activities
  • Integrate systems and processes across ASE, Eagle Supply, engineering, logistics, operations, supply chain, and the broader sustainment organization
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams to achieve enterprise goals
  • Develop strategies to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of repair demand forecasting

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
  • 12 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 10 years of engineering experience
  • Proven project management, communication, teamwork, and strategic leadership skills
  • Strong systems engineering background with demonstrated technical acumen
  • Demonstrated experience delivering results in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
