What You Will Do:

The Business Operations Associate II supports strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely execution of key business objectives. This role serves as a cross-functional partner, assisting with project planning, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data to support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on operational performance.
  • Track project metrics and report on project outcomes and effectiveness.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years database analysis experience (SQL, ACL, PPT, Access)
  • Proficient in Excel

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Revenue Cycle Experience
  • Understanding of Healthcare KPI
