Role Title: Business Development Manager of the Americas

Scope: Responsible for Business Growth of Valpaks Engineering, LLC(a Hanwha Company) Products/Services within prescribed territory.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be the "face" of Valpaks Engineering to the market and our customers. This role will be responsible to portray and represent the Valpaks Brand as an industry leading aftermarket solutions provider. Considering Valpaks is a new solutions provider, the position will focus on Customer and Product Development of new Products/Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus is on the development of new products and services. Closely working with customers, the market to identify and develop new products in concert with Valpaks Leadership, Engineering and Supply Groups.
  • Mine, develop and manage Customers, expectations and deliverables.
  • Identify and assist Leadership Team in expanded product offering. To include research, commercial and technical assistance and business case approval.
  • Establish formal/contractual relationships with customers
  • Forecast and budget annual revenue and profitability for territory
  • Represent Business Development and Sales strategically to work with Leadership to set the direction for Valpaks in the future.
  • Attend Conferences and Exhibitions.
  • Create marketing collateral for customer presentations, trade shows and as necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements for the FAA/PMA and MRO market
  • Act as primary liaison between customer(s) and Valpaks Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development with focus on Commercial Aviation Aftermarket
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate opportunities effectively
  • Existing active customer relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of FAA/PMA Products and MRO Market

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing FAA-PMA products
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
