Job description

Business Development Rep

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Filter through inbound leads to determine client needs 
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by using a consultative and persuasive approach to answering questions about their targeted vehicles 
  • Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure customer's are getting the highest level of customer service
  • Communicate with customers prior to purchase to ensure their needs are being met
  • Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Earn bonuses and commissions through meeting production goals each month

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Computer Skills and Proficient with Technology and programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
