Job description

Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and technical expertise to ensure Tapani projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and uphold Tapani's high standards for quality and integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans in coordination with estimators and superintendents.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

  • Facilitate coordination between office and field operations.

  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and subcontractor payments.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

  • Promote Tapani's culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills
  • Knowledge of project management practices and the work being performed

  • In-person position that requires physical attendance at the office on daily basis

Job Type & Location
This is a full-time position based out of Battle Ground, WA, with travel to job sites across Oregon and Washington as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $157,491 annually, depending on experience.
