We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to engage with customers through phone, email, and instant messaging. In this role, you will work on leads from potential customers, schedule appointments with Sales Advisors to help enhance their automotive experience, and maintain ongoing communication with returning clients. Your work will involve gathering relevant information, following up on leads promptly, and providing excellent customer service within an office environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Work within our dealership’s call center to handle customer interactions, including follow-ups, lead generation, and service support.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to set appointments for sales or service, while assessing customer satisfaction levels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through the internet via both email and phone communications.
  • Schedule appointments and reschedule no-show customers to maximize engagement.
  • Contact customers according to individualized schedules based on their specific needs.
  • Proactively follow up with existing and potential customers to generate and confirm appointment attendance.
  • Ensure that follow-up efforts result in customers visiting the dealership.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior, uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and maintain honesty in all customer interactions.
