Job description

The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Project Managers in a complex project environment. This role focuses heavily on reporting, tracking, and procurement coordination, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to support timely and successful delivery of projects.
What you'll be handling
  • Set up and maintain projects in business systems and tools (e.g., Jira), including project structures and task tracking.
  • Create, organize, and manage centralized project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
  • Support development, maintenance, and coordination of project documentation aligned with methodologies, timelines, and stage gate requirements.
  • Administer stage gate processes, including preparing, tracking, and maintaining required documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and trackers to support project visibility and decision-making.
  • Support project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and reconciliation with Finance.
What you'll need
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in a project support or administrative role supporting a team of project managers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of project management terminology, tools and reports.
