Job description

We are searching for a Business Development Manager – HVAC / Refrigeration to drive growth for a well-established mechanical services organization serving industrial and commercial clients. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and identifying HVAC and refrigeration project work across industries such as food processing, cold storage, and distribution.

The ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical services who can develop new accounts while partnering with engineering and project teams to deliver solutions for complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Identify and pursue new HVAC and refrigeration project opportunities.
  • Client Relationships – Build and maintain relationships with facility owners, plant managers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Pipeline Development – Develop and manage a pipeline of construction projects, retrofits, and service agreements.
  • Proposals & Presentations – Prepare and present bids, proposals, and solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical services.
