Position Summary


We are seeking a highly experiencedFederal Program Manager to lead and expand our growing Federal business line. This senior leadership position is ideal for a retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) professional with extensive federal construction, infrastructure, and project management experience. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for federal programs, cultivate client relationships, drive business development efforts, and oversee proposal and project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead growth and management of the federal projects
  • Serve as trusted advisor to federal clients with emphasis on USACE and other agencies
  • Develop and execute business development and market penetration plans
  • Lead capture, proposal, and source selection efforts
  • Oversee contract execution, project performance, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor project and proposal teams
  • Support SBA Mentor-Protege initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in federal program management
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Former USACE District, Division, or Headquarters leadership experience
  • Experience supporting DoD clients
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar federal construction programs
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing
