WHAT WE'RE DOING
At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, we're advancing next-generation defense capabilities that help our customers address evolving global security challenges. The REAS line of business supports critical Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) and Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) programs, driving strategic growth through innovative solutions, strong customer partnerships, and successful capture efforts across domestic and international markets.
THE WORK
As a Senior Staff Business Development Analyst, you'll support business growth initiatives across the GBAS and MMAD market segments. You'll partner with business development, capture, program management, communications, and functional teams to help identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and execute successful captures. Responsibilities include managing New Business Fund accounts (MA/B&P), supporting Long Range Planning, maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships, coordinating trade shows and communications plans, assisting with proposal development, supporting product roadmap planning, and ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and applicable regulations. This role includes domestic and international travel.
