Job description

Boston Vision is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to lead the growth and operational excellence of our Vision Correction Division (Laser and Cataract). This unique role combines external business development with internal patient experience management to drive growth in refractive surgery, premium cataract surgery, and other vision correction procedures.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building referral relationships in the community, analyzing conversion metrics, improving patient journeys, and leading initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct impact on practice growth and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

External Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain relationships with referring providers, including:

Primary Care Physicians

Optometrists

Ophthalmologists

Concierge medical practices

Corporate wellness programs

Community organizations

Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources.

Organize educational events, lunch-and-learns, and community presentations.

Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Represent Boston Vision at professional meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Track referral patterns and develop strategies to increase referral volume.

Vision Correction Service Line Management

Oversee the patient journey from initial inquiry through surgery and postoperative care.
