Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Recruiter to partner with leadership in attracting exceptional mortgage talent and supporting strategic growth initiatives. 

This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing professional networks, identifying top talent, and creating opportunities before positions even exist. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity. 

What You'll Do 

  • Develop relationships with mortgage professionals through networking, referrals, and industry engagement. 
  • Identify and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators and other sales talent. 
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates. 
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry relationships. 
  • Represent PRMI at recruiting events, career fairs, industry functions, and networking opportunities. 
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and growth initiatives. 
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. 
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. 
  • Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate information. 
  • Provide market intelligence regarding recruiting trends, competitor activity, and talent availability. 
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
