Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitors and evaluate the company's position in the market.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital
marketing.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align
strategies.

Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and develop action plans.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in developing and closing business deals.
Prior Business Development and/or Sales experience within the Oil & Gas industry is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting or selling into the Aerospace industry is considered a plus.
  • Skills:

Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes:

Highly motivated and goal oriented.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
