We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities across our specialty chemical portfolio, with an emphasis in subsea oil and gas drilling and production equipment.

What will you be doing?
As Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Identify growth opportunities: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new business prospects.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial initiatives: Drive new product introductions, market entry strategies, and pricing models in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
  • Support innovation: Work closely with technical teams to translate customer challenges into product development opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance: Track KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Represent the company externally: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.

As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as 9 holidays.  The salary range for this position is $109,341 to $164,011.
