About Us: Iconic Care is a physicianโ€‘owned group of skilled providers (physicians, PAs, and NPs) offering care across ten states, with plans for expansion to all 50 states. Weโ€™re Hiring: We are seeking a passionate, motivated field salesman to join us fullโ€‘time and grow our practice in new states.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a fullโ€‘time, traveling field sales role that will work directly with facility staff. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities with preโ€‘identified skilled nursing facilities. Dayโ€‘toโ€‘day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and gathering facility leads.
  • Setting introductory meetings with facility staff.
  • Managing a sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Reโ€‘engaging past opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare or related services.
  • Strong skills in relationshipโ€‘building, networking, and stakeholder management to engage providers and facility leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication, including presenting new ideas, and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Solid organizational and timeโ€‘management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working onโ€‘site and collaborating crossโ€‘functionally with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
  • A genuinely kind and curious demeanor in the face of rejection.
  • A persistent demeanor, and a desire to learn everything you can about the industry.
