Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Supply Chain Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing client supply chain operating models, process challenges, service expectations, and technology environments to identify opportunities for improved performance
  • Supporting business development activities, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, staffing strategy, solution design, and commercial planning
  • Designing and mobilizing Supply Chain Operate solutions across one or more supply chain domains, including transition planning and steady-state service delivery models
  • Leading engagement delivery and managing quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, and cross-functional resource coordination
  • Driving operational improvement through process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations
  • Building strong relationships across client, account, and delivery teams while coaching junior professionals and contributing to practice growth

The team

Our Enterprise Operations as a Service Supply Chain Operate team helps client organizations address complex operational challenges and modernize how supply chain services are delivered. We support services across the end-to-end supply chain including Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Aftermarket, helping clients move beyond traditional full-time-equivalent-based business process outsourcing models toward more autonomous, AI-enabled operations.

By combining delivery experience, process knowledge, and Deloitte investments in automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other leading capabilities, we help clients accelerate time to value, reduce cost to serve, and improve stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, managed services, shared services, outsourcing, or consulting
  • 3+ years of experience leading engagements, workstreams, or service delivery teams
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in a client service, shared services, operations, or outsourcing environment
  • Experience delivering supply chain transformation or operate engagements in one or more of the following domains: procurement, supply planning, manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience supporting service delivery, transition, or operating model design for managed services, shared services, or outsourced operations
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with supply chain technology platforms, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, manufacturing execution systems, product lifecycle management platforms, or supply planning applications
  • Experience in supply chain transformation, shared services, managed services, or outsourced supply chain operations in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience transitioning work to offshore delivery centers and supporting post-transition stabilization
  • Experience supporting sales pursuits, including proposal development, request for proposal responses, and service mobilization efforts
  • Experience implementing or using automation, workflow, analytics, or artificial intelligence tools in supply chain operations
  • Experience managing key performance indicators, service level agreements, and governance routines for managed services engagements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
