Business Development Manager (ONSITE with Travel)

Job Description

My client, a 30-year-old national staffing firm, is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based out of their Nashville office.

This role will cover the Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Birmingham markets and is responsible for driving new business and growing key accounts with the best private fleets and third-party logistics companies in those markets.

Your Abilities:
You have a demonstrated record of success and overachievement
You are comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company and able to adapt to change quickly
You are a self-starter who takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests improvements
You have great listening, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with a dose of humility
You enjoy selling and find personal satisfaction and joy in closing business
You are willing to travel up to 40% of the time / overnight, out of state / can travel up to 20+ weeks per year.
