Logistics Business Development Manager – ATLANTA

GLB Solutions is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in 3PL and LTL shipping sales to join our growing team. If you do have experience selling for a 3PL, this is an excellent opportunity with plenty of room to grow your career. Must live in the Atlanta area, No relocations. Primary Territory would consist of Atlanta and the surrounding areas.

Please note: This role requires previous experience selling 3PL and LTL shipping services. Applicants without this background will not be considered.

What You’ll Do:

As a Logistics Sales Representative at GLB Solutions, you’ll play a key role in prospecting, securing, and growing new client accounts. You’ll offer our full suite of logistics solutions while building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. From your first contact to the ongoing management of the account, you’ll serve as the face of GLB Solutions in your territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Prospecting in the field, by phone, internet, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, analyzing needs, presenting proposals and solutions, and closing business
  • Utilize Hubspot to ensure activities are documented and accurate information is entered to assist in your organization
  • Work with the manager on business plans and pipeline development
  • Review sales activities and prospective customers with management
  • Collaborate internally with management and operations team to ensure company processes are followed
  • Act as a liaison between your clients and the GLB operations team and be the face of GLB Solutions with your customers.
