Summer 2027 Intern - Sales and Data Analytics

Join the team at Keurig Dr Pepper, a modern beverage company, and kick-start your career by working with aSalesteam that partners with the world's largest retailer!  

As a Summer Sales and Data Analytics Intern at Keurig Dr Pepper(June 7-August 13), you will work with the VP/GM, Director and Business Intelligence team on our customer facing Walmart Coffee Systems sales team. This teamis responsible fornearly $1Billion in retail sales at Walmart across CoffeeBrewers & Accessories within appliances as well as single serve and bagged coffee on key brands such as Peet's, Green Mountain, Donut Shop & McCafe.  

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting key Walmart growth initiatives through data-driven analysis, cross-functional partnership, and innovative problem-solving, helping identify opportunities and develop strategies that drive growth across the coffee and coffee maker categories. 

Shift/Schedule: 

  • The KDP 2027 Internship Program will run from June 7th - August 13th, 2027 
  • Location: Rogers, AR 
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week 
  • Monday-Friday 
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm 

As a Summer 2027 Sales & Data Analytics Intern you will: 

  • Leverage sales, market, and shopper data to identify key business insights and develop strategic recommendations that support growth at Walmart 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce to support new product launches and business opportunities 
  • Identify and develop innovative ideas, processes, and capabilities that unlock incremental growth within Walmart's digital and omnichannel businesses 
  • Learn and utilize industry-leading sales, analytics, and reporting tools while recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making 
  • Support the development of customer-facing presentations, business reviews, and strategic selling stories for Walmart leadership and merchant teams 
  •  Lead a high-impact summer project focused on a key business opportunity, culminating in recommendations presented to senior sales and leadership teams 

Elements of the KDP 2027 Internship Program include: 

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment 
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development 
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders 
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting 
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department,and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business 
Requirements
  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in retail, consumer products, sales, eCommerce, and understanding shopper behavior 
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data to uncover insights and support business decisions 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, simply and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new business, reporting, and analytics tools
