SUMMARY: The Account Executive - Business Development position is part of a team assigned to the sales of all New England Revolution ticket inventory. The Account Executive - Business Development will maintain contact with the client via phone, outside appointments, and in-stadium visits. The overall objective of the position is to increase the number of season seat holders/group buyers by providing a superior customer experience thru excellent customer service and developing and maintain a close relationship between the client and the Revolution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Sell Revolution sales products to a wide variety of prospective buyers and provide excellent customer service after the sale to those customers.
  2. Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records and perform all necessary follow up with customers to close sales.
  3. Process orders by using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet. Take all necessary steps and fill out all required forms/computer documents in a timely manner to complete the sale and ensure the proper delivery of all purchased package elements to the customer.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of Revolution elements on game days and at Revolution events.
  5. Meet weekly with management to evaluate results, establish best processes and strategies for driving new business.
  6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of related sales experience preferred
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must also be highly computer proficient and skilled working with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Must be well organized and maintain a professional, courteous posture with team members and customers
