Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support both our sales and service departments. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your effort directly drives appointments, traffic, and revenue.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to inbound internet leads (sales and service) via phone, email, and chat

  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers

  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, recalls, and general inquiries

  • Follow up with unsold customers and missed appointments (no-shows)

  • Provide accurate information and route customers to the right department

  • Track all activity in CRM and hit daily/weekly performance goals

  • Build strong relationships with sales, service, and management teams


What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
