Job description

Job Summary: The Business Development Account Executive is a proven sales leader who will drive the development of new business from lead generation to contract negotiation. Additional jobs include obtaining new clients, managing current clients, and networking to close new business. The Business Development Account Executive works in a fast-paced, competitive environment to think up project proposals and negotiate agreements that ensure long-term, successful relationships. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

1.      Maintain and build sales by developing relationships with both new and existing clients, providing solutions to meet client needs, and effectively delivering the solutions to exceed client expectations. 

2.      Grow client base and expand Elevate97 product offerings within assigned territory and categories through networking and prospect development.

3.      Manage business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.

4.      Develop project proposals, client presentations and brand strategy programs.

5.      Cultivate quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact, resolving issues and providing a superior client partner experience in every interaction.

6.      Negotiate sales agreements and work closely with internal team members during the RFP process to define a sales strategy and estimations that meets client and Elevate97 needs.

7.      Serve as an Elevate97 brand ambassador by providing facility tours and while attending trade shows, seminars and industry events.

8.      Perform any/all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or other related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience, preferably in print or retail in a Business Development role.
