Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications

  • Hours of operation will be 8:30am - 8pm with rotating Saturday shift, shift hours will vary
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit to a background check
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Dealership experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
