Position Overview Support defense growth strategy through pipeline development, capture planning, and contracting pathway analysis. Help the company identify and pursue government opportunities, support proposals, and track potential contracts. This is similar to requirements development or acquisition planning work in the military.

What You Bring to the Team Extremely fast learner; comfortable jumping into new domains. Strong problem-solver with clear communication and structured thinking.

How You Will Make An Impact A little bit of everything. Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems across the company. Research new technologies, markets, and opportunities.

Support engineering with testing, analysis, and prototype development. Run operations: planning, logistics, documentation, vendor coordination. Work on partnerships, proposals, and communication with customers or agencies.

Build scrappy solutions, tools, or processes when something doesn't exist yet. Bonus Points Experience in aerospace, defense tech, robotics, or applied logistics. Hands-on experience with prototypes, testing, or field operations.

The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs. In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes: Equity Program:Equity plan participation is available to all employees following an initial 90-day employment period and is performance-based.
