We are seeking a Digital Growth Associate.

The Digital Growth Associate works within a CLA region to identify and qualify potential opportunities for CLA digital products and services, as well as other seamless opportunities within CLA.

As a Digital Growth Associate, you will provide support to clients for existing office technologies, communication, and software services, and/or security assessments. The Digital Growth Associate would successfully identify and troubleshoot problems, effectively communicate when completing all tasks and the ability to diagnose common issues and apply knowledge appropriately.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up with all prospects.

  • Aggressively research, identify, contact and qualify leads.

  • Continuously build and maintain robust pipeline and opportunities.

  • Work with CLA offices and personnel to develop, assist and execute Business Development events and activities.

  • Work with CLA Senior sales personnel on opportunities in various parts of sales process.

  • Lead territory research and development strategy.

  • Define and measure event success metrics to increase pipeline growth and lead generation.

  • Maintain marketing performance recap, event briefs, event plan, post event notes and metrics.

  • Create and maintain event folders and reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
