Job Summary

Develop and expand commercial banking relationships by identifying new business opportunities and providing lending, deposit, and treasury service solutions to business clients. Manage commercial credit relationships, support loan origination activities, maintain customer portfolios, and deliver financial products that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commercial banking relationships with business clients.
  • Identify and solicit new commercial loan and deposit opportunities.
  • Manage commercial credit relationships and portfolios.
  • Achieve assigned loan production and business development goals.
  • Generate non-interest income through referrals to financial service partners.
  • Build, retain, and expand customer relationships through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing customers.
  • Structure commercial loan requests and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with credit teams on underwriting, documentation, and loan approvals.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and relationship profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional banking products and services.
