Preference will be given to candidates willing and able to work out of our Fredericton, New Brunswick office in person.About The RoleAs a Business Development Representative for our solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth to support our expansion aims in your assigned territory. We are looking for someone with integrity and accountability, having 1-3 years of direct sales experience. The position is based in New Brunswick at our Knowledge Park office. If you have the drive to work independently and the ability to identify, qualify, and secure meetings and demonstrations for new business opportunities we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.Use our repeatable sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle from prospecting, through demo, to closing, and recurring business.You will initially be supported by executive sales until you get enough experience to run end to end demo calls yourself.We use a consultative selling approach to align our services to business outcomes and need. We are selling solutions that solve real world problems!Capture key client metrics, maintain sales funnel records, and provide accurate and timely updates. Be accountable for funnel visibility and progress against targets to meet and exceed sales objectives.Commit to continual knowledge development in areas of our sales process & methodology, our solutions, and relevant industry knowledge.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications1 - 3 years experience in direct, consultative, technology solution sales experience. Similar proven sales experience in alternate fields would be considered.
