We Are Adding a Key Member to Our Office Equipment Group!
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Sales Professional, to expand our presence in the equipment finance market. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with experience in strategic account management and business development with a proven ability to win new customers through a disciplined, consultative sales process. You will inherit an established portfolio of strategic accounts, but the primary focus is new business generation, developing long-term relationships, and positioning our financing solutions as the preferred choice for dealers, manufacturers, and end-users.
Primary Responsibilities
New Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and acquire new customers in outlined territory.
  • Build and execute a structured prospecting plan using a proven sales methodology.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through closing.

Account & Partner Growth:
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive retention and growth. Develop business plan with revenue goals and engagement strategies.
  • Present financing programs to dealer sales teams and executive leaders.

Consultative Selling & Industry Expertise:
  • Engage with C-suite, financial leaders, and business owners.
  • Provide insights on financing structures for equipment, software and services.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.

Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, pricing, and marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at conferences and partner events.
