Business Consultant

Primary Location(s): Little Rock, AR

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidatesresidewithin a commuting distance from an office.

The Business Consultantis responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
  • Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.
  • Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
  • Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.
  • Effectively navigate system changes/migrations consulting with business partners to define requirements for relevant tooling / data-driven applications.
  • Bring together requirements, ideas, and feedback from multiple groups of business partners into a singular composite vision.
  • Provide a solution-oriented approach to resolve differences in opinion and conflicting visions for product(s) to be developed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting on technical projects for Infusion Pharmacy.
  • Knowledge of Paragon Infusion Pharmacy operations, sales, RCM, and/or IT workflows.
  • Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and SmartSheet
