The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.**Responsibilities:*** Supervise and guide quality engineering staff in daily operations.* Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.* Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.* Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures.* Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to uphold quality standards.* Mentor and train junior engineers and production staff.* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.* 7+ years of quality engineering experience; leadership experience preferred.* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
