Provides support in gathering, organizing, and developing materials for a variety of technical and program-related deliverables, including documentation, reports, and presentations. Assists with reviewing and editing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards. Supports administrative and programmatic functions as needed. Under general guidance, contributes to the development and maintenance of documentation, processes, and internal knowledge resources, and coordinates documentation-related efforts across stakeholders when required. • Demonstrated experience supporting the development, maintenance, and review of technical and program documentation, including reports and presentations. • Ability to assist with document preparation, editing, formatting, and general coordination activities. • Familiarity with organizational change management principles and practices • Experience supporting projects using standard office tools and collaboration platforms • Ability to develop and refine briefing materials and written communications for a range of audiences, including leadership. • Capable of supporting initiatives that drive process improvements and organizational change. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and effectively. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support complex program activities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Qualifications (Must Haves): • Five (5) years of relevant experience. • Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point. • Must possess an active Public Trust (Tier 1) clearance.
