Job Summary

Responsible for architecting enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions that enable strategic and operational decision-making. Leads cross-functional data initiatives, ensures scalable data infrastructure, and acts as a subject matter expert in BI platforms, data governance, and analytics strategy. Advises stakeholders on the design of integrated data systems and supports business transformation through advanced reporting and insights. Drives innovation, standardization, and alignment across the BI ecosystem.

Essential Functions
  • Architects scalable BI solutions integrating multiple data sources and aligning with enterprise strategy.
  • Leads development of enterprise data models and data warehousing frameworks.
  • Serves as SME for enterprise reporting tools and domain-specific data structures.
  • Partners with leadership and technical teams to define and prioritize analytics roadmaps.
  • Establishes data governance, quality standards, and security protocols for analytics platforms.
  • Directs cross-functional BI initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring project success.
  • Leads root cause analysis and resolution of complex data and performance issues.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer and leads training programs to improve organizational data literacy.
  • Evaluates emerging BI technologies and recommends adoption of innovative tools and methods.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.

Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in computer science, information systems, data science, or a relevant area. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
