Job description

Overview

Responsible for the coordination of activities and resources for all hospital financial or clinical applications.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all hospital financial or clinical applications.
  • Responsible for coordinating design, build, testing, implementation, training, upgrades, support, and overall system management of all NSH financial or clinical applications.
  • Maintain a user issues log and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial or clinical application databases.
  • Complete work order and invoice processing in a timely manner.
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.
  • Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

     

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field OR five (5) years equivalent job experience.
  • Three (3) years prior management or project management experience in a healthcare environment, healthcare systems consulting, or healthcare systems vendor setting.
  • KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

     

  • Six (6) plus years healthcare financial or clinical systems experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management
  • Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours (EX:7AM-7PM):8-5Employment Type: FULL_TIME
