Technical Skillset : Excellent knowledge in Cognos and other BI tool
• Ownership and Proactive approach
• Expert in Cognos Report Studio and Framework Manager
• Immense experience as Data Analyst and has handled multi-dimensional high-volume data
• End to End Solution Architect with experience in data and report requirement analysis/understanding, proposing a performant and scalable data model for BI reporting.
Nice to have: Cloud technologies, Dental Domain Knowledge or Insurance domain knowledge
Soft Skills: Excellent in
• Communication
• Problem solving and Root cause Analysis
Job responsibilities:
• Able to learn the current state reports in scope for LegMod work quickly and guide Leg Mod team to propose data model for new state BI tool reporting
• Capture customer requirements or solutions to pain points to implement in new state
• Understand the current data + existing model and have to suggest or design the data model in Azure for these reporting needs holistically.
• Act as SME of current state reports to help with Leg mod team for any questions on reporting - logic, frequency, output data, access etc
• Actively participate in discussions with Business users, LegMod team, DG/DQ team to understand the need or goal or technical challenge to propose solution.
• Preparing technical documentation and metrics as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Preference:
Senior BSA with over 10+ years' work experience as an analyst is preferred.
