As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's IRM organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX.
In this role you will:
Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
Demonstrated leader and self-starter that flourishes in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. Having a keen focus on hearing and meeting customer's needs, being able to effectively communicate (written and verbally), and the ability to solve problems and bring innovative solutions to existence through process improvement/re-engineering and project management are critical.
Has a strong foundation in SQL and Tableau, experience with ETL in PNC's source systems or repositories, and the ability to know and understand banking and credit are a must to develop creative solutions/reports.   • Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
  • Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
  • Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
  • Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
  • Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
